The Nutritional Benefits and Healing Power of Fresh, Raw Milk
Raw milk with a added raw egg and a serving of fruit blended together has been a therapeutic shake for my clients that has helped with many health problems including: Menopausal symptoms, being underweight, hormonal imbalances, gastrointestinal problems, toxic nervous system, fatigue and much more.
Several female clients of mine had their hot flashes disappear after using the raw milk and egg combination within a couple of months. One woman within several days had her hot flashes disappear after drinking the raw milk and egg combination.
Nutritional benefits of fresh, whole, raw milk include:
1. Highest quality raw saturated fat, which the body uses to build hormones, increase HDL (good cholesterol) to clean arteries and detoxify the body and provide fatty-acids as building blocks for cells.
2. Highest quality raw protein to provide building blocks to repair damaged cells and build new cells.
3. Cows raised naturally without antibiotics and hormones and given a natural diet of grass and high-quality feed produce milk loaded with Minerals such as Calcium and Magnesium, Vitamins A and D as well as a recently discovered fat-soluble vitamin called Activator X which dramatically increases mineral absorption.
4. Nutrient levels are directly related to the quality of the food provided for the cow or goat. Grass fed cows always deliver higher nutrient levels in their milk.
Some of the diseases and chronic health conditions that fresh, raw milk has been used to treat over the years include:
- Tuberculosis
- Diseases of the nervous system
- Cardiovascular and renal conditions including high blood pressure.
- Chronic fatigue and malnutrition.
- Edema
- Numerous skin diseases including: psoriasis and eczema.
- Many forms of cancer including: gastrointestinal cancers.
- Anemia and urinary tract infections.

A last note: remember that nutritionist I mentioned from Utah who first told me about raw milk? Well, he actually lived on only raw goat's milk and fresh fruits and vegetables. Although I never met him, a good friend of mine went to visit him in Utah. He reported to me that this 56-year-old man looked like he was in his mid-30s (I can verify this from his photo) and was a solid 200 pounds at six foot 3 inches and never was ill. He told me raw goat's milk was the number one food for him in his diet.
There are a small number of people who do not do well even with raw milk. The first thing to do is to drink the milk when it has been naturally warmed up for a couple of hours left out of the refrigerator. The second tip is to add a teaspoon of unheated, raw honey to the milk, which will help digest the milk for you.
