Original Beyond Berry™ Recipe
1 scoop + 8 or more ounces of H2O = 1 Energy Smoothie
2 scoops + 16 or more ounces of H2O = 1 totally nutritious meal supplement
Use flavored water (touch of lime, orange or lemon) for an added treat

Beyond Berry™ Fruit Smoothie
Mix Beyond Berry™ as described above in original recipe, then add some fresh or frozen organic berries and/or a half of a banana and a about 1/4 cup of crushed ice. Shake or stir the ingredients into your drink (try not to make it too cold, as very cold drinks compromise digestion).

Beyond Berry™ Rich Smoothie
Mix the shake as described above in the original recipe and then add some fresh or frozen organic berries, some rice milk or organic milk and a small amount of crushed ice. Shake or stir the ingredients into your drink and enjoy (again, try not to make it too cold, as very cold drinks compromise digestion).

Beyond Berry™ Vegetable Smoothie
Mix a couple ounces of fresh organic vegetable juice or tomato juice with Beyond Berry™ and water, (adjust quantity of water depending upon the amount of juice). Some people enjoy adding one or two garlic cloves or even hot peppers to their veggie smoothies. Adding more lemon juice and/or coconut tends to mask the strong garlic or pepper taste.

Children's Favorite Beyond Berry™ Smoothie Recipe
For a delicious treat add a splash of orange juice, a splash of apple juice, a splash of almond beverage, and perhaps a few berries to the Beyond Berry™ smoothie. Children love to add their own ingredients.

Beyond Berry™ Avocado Salsa Recipe by Les Grever
Mix one scoop of Beyond Berry™ with one large ripe avocado, one whole tomato, one-half chopped onion, 1 tablespoon of fresh organic chopped cilantro, 1 tablespoon olive oil, juice from one half lime, plus pepper, salt, Tabasco, and other seasonings to taste (zippy: add a 1/4 teaspoon of a diced organic jalapeno pepper.) Mash the avocado and mix in the above ingredients. Chill and serve with almond crackers or other healthy equivalents, or eat it alone as a complete and balanced meal or snack.

Beyond Berry™ Nutty Butter Sweetie Recipe by Les Grever
Mix one scoop of Beyond Berry™ with enough water to make it soupy. The first time you make this start with a small amount of water and gradually add more to get the desired consistency. Mix in two or three tablespoons of almond butter or organic peanut butter (watch the allergies). Mix in brown rice syrup (very low glycemic index) to taste. It is also tasty to mash a banana into the mix, but note that it will require much less brown rice syrup because of the sugar content of the banana. Add two or three tablespoons of mixed finely dried coconut and chia seeds. Eat with a spoon or as a dip. This tasty treat is an excellent "pick me up" for athletes.
