The Hitachi Magic can be used with one hand or
two, depending on the area of your body and the
depth of massage you’re seeking.

Soft Heads: The heads on the Hitachi Magic are soft. This means you can go across the spine and it won't hurt like some of the other "imitation twin-head massagers," which are cheaper but simply DO NOT feel as good.
Flexible Shafts: The blue shafts that hold the heads are flexible (they bend!). This means that you can “hug” your arm, leg, calf, shoulders or any body part for a more thorough massage.

Here’s how you use it:

Make sure that the switch is in the OFF position (center) before being plugged into the electrical outlet.
Massage the body by fitting the side surface (spherical vinyl portion) of the vibrating head to the body.
Holding the Twin-Head in the small of the back soothes the whole body from there on down, and holding it up on the middle spine soothes the whole body from there on up. Great for use on the calves, shoulders, neck, thighs, arms and legs--really anywhere you need to be soothed.
Since the vibrating amplitude has two speeds, select the speed that you prefer: high or low.
